When I did mine I put it in the side bar and added a gadget, then chose picture, then after I uploaded the picture there was an option for a link. Maybe I had the link wrong on my web page??? Sorry, I stopped mid sentance in that first paragraph, but the link isn't working on the side bar. Sorry, it's late and the kids were crazy!! :)
