No not a Yedi but a Neti.....

so have you ever seen these?

If you don't know what theses are you were just like me until earlier this morning. Last night, I went out for a night on the town! (or just hanging out with my sister in law buying clothes for my niece. ) But we did ride with the windows rolled down and the music up high. I came home, realizing that ummm yep I still have allergies! GO me! Here in Arkansas it is death by pollen season. I should take pictures. Everything is yellow. So I woke up many times in the night due to stuffiness. Then this morning woke up to a sore throat and major stuffiness. Went on to see one of my clients, of course warning her that I sound like Darth Vader's sister. But i sounded much worse than I felt. (which was a lie) When i got there she kept on saying have you tried this, have you tried that. i am thinking to myself dang I must sound pretty bad. Then she ask the question... Have you ever used a Neti Pot? I said no I have never even heard of it. She said her son loves it and she had a friend over that said she used it everyday! Well i was desperate!!! So I went to whole foods and got one. Came home thinking it was going to solve everything including world peace. i take it out of the box and think to myself what was i thinking they want me to do what with this thing? Lets just say after about 20 mins if trying I am ready to take it back. Then Otto comes in and gets it to works the first time. Then continues to rave about how good it feels and how well he can breath and that he has not felt that clear in a really long time. go figure. Its been a week now since we have gotten our little neti pot and i have kinda have gotten it to work right. Otto still loves it! So that is just my luck. But as long as Otto feels better it was money well spent. Actually the littlebit i have gotten it to work for me it does really help.

Where has the time gone?

*** late post due to computer issues for the past few weeks***
So its been a year and a couple of weeks now since Otto and I got hitched! So much has happened this past year and we have loved almost every minute of it. wink. wink. We had a super anniversary. Otto planned a wonderful night. He made us a steak dinner. Then he surprised me with a scavenger hunt around the property with memories of this past year and flowers at each place. I KNOW! I am a lucky girl. Then he had a little fire set up outside and we just hung out underneath the stars and just talked. It was a perfect night! I love my husband so much. I know so many people have asked our first year has gone and it really has gone really good. I have heard some horror stories of peoples first couple years of marriage. I laugh because i have had people ask me... how are you guys doing? I will say we are doing great. Then they reply with really, you can tell me the truth. I know how hard it is! So i honestly am so grateful for my husband and what a wonderful year we have had. I cant imagine my life with out Otto in it. We finished our anniversary with a trip down to Dallas. We got a super nice hotel room for dirt cheap. Which we love a good deal. So Friday night we went to the temple and did a session. It was fun to be in the temple and think about a year ago when we were there with our families. So we went from the temple to go play downtown. but it was COLD COLD COLD so it made us change our plans so we went out to eat then just headed back to the hotel. The next morning we went to the farmers market and then off to IKEA. Ok I have to say that I heart IKEA. Otto even enjoyed himself. So to say the least we have had an awesome first year and an amazing anniversary! I cant wait for the years to come.
Otto I love you.
pictures to come... i have misplaced my camera for the moment
